Building our Team
When forming this company we set a goal to be more than an organization centered on the typical consulting structure. One area that stood out in our minds was the paradox of promoting individuals out of their areas of expertise as the main form of upward movement, i.e., taking subject matter experts off what they do best and push them into sales or project management.
With this thought we decided to build our team around the simple idea of creating a career roadmap with each prospective candidate during the interview process and ensuring that each of our new team members goals match with organizational expectations. We have team members who are perfectly fine performing the same type of data work for the foreseeable future and we have team members who thrive variety and we build out appropriate growth paths for each.
Delivering Results
We believe in allowing our experts be experts and do the type of work they enjoy and have mastered. To that end, each of our clients have a duo working as a single point of content with at least one of the two a partner in the organization.
The main point of contact duo ("BDuo") will work with each client from onboarding through the finalization of each project. They will gather all required information, be the conduit for any questions, maintain the project timeline, and provide all updates on the client's requested schedule.
Each client's BDuo will be responsible for scheduling assets within our organization that align with each project goals and are incentivized to complete projects while delivering results above expectations rather than on the volume of projects completed.
